Lawn maintenance programs require a 12-month contract with us. The contract will specify the services to be performed and ensure priority scheduling.

* Mowing
* Edging
* Fertilization
* Weed Control
Lawn Treatment Schedule:
* March: Crab Grass Pre-emergent; fertilizer
* May: Fertilizer
* June: Broadleaf weed control plus fertilizer; grub control
* August: Low nitrogen / high iron fertilizer
* September: Core aeration, overseeding, fertilizer
* November: Fertilizer
* December: Winterize

* Core Aeration
* Dethatching

* Spraying for weeds / Weeding
